Low Maintenance

3CX is a low maintenance solution with an easy, user-friendly UI. Once you are setup for the first time, you do not need to worry again! Backups (FTP, SFTP and more), can use existing phone lines, mobile and desktop apps available for use. Plus many more features for low maintenance.

Your choice of installation

3CX is available to be installed in 3 different methods. On-Prem, Private Cloud or 3CX Hosted. On-Prem installation is on your own hardware. Private Cloud installation is either on a Cloud Provider or with us. Lastly, 3CX Hosted is PBX hosted by 3CX.

Built-in Video Conferencing

Basic setup support is included on all plans, however for technical support after initial setup or customisation, there are fees invovled. This will be mentioned in your contract along with prices.
